1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the HavTaxs platform, including its website, task marketplace, wallet, rewards, referrals, account features, and related services.

Your continued use of HavTaxs after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old or meet the minimum legal age required to use online services in your country.

By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally permitted to use the service in your jurisdiction.

3Account Registration

You are responsible for providing truthful, accurate, current, and complete information when creating your HavTaxs account.

You must keep your login credentials confidential and are responsible for activity performed through your account.

• Do not share your password with other people.
• Do not create an account using another person's identity.
• Do not provide misleading or deliberately false information.
• Notify HavTaxs support if you believe your account has been compromised.

4One Account Per User

Unless expressly authorized by HavTaxs, each individual may operate only one account.

Creating multiple accounts to obtain additional rewards, bypass limits, manipulate referrals, or gain an unfair advantage is prohibited.

5User Responsibilities

Users are expected to use HavTaxs honestly, lawfully, and responsibly. You agree not to manipulate the platform or interfere with the experience of other users.

• Complete tasks according to the instructions provided.
• Submit genuine and relevant proof when proof is required.
• Do not submit fabricated screenshots or false evidence.
• Do not use automated systems, bots, scripts, or exploits to generate rewards.
• Do not attempt to manipulate task slots, submissions, referrals, or wallet balances.
• Do not intentionally abuse bugs or security vulnerabilities.
• Do not use HavTaxs for unlawful activities.

6Tasks and Task Submissions

Tasks available on HavTaxs may be created by users or made available through the platform. Each task may contain its own instructions, requirements, reward amount, available slots, and proof requirements.

A task submission does not automatically guarantee a reward. Submissions may be reviewed before rewards are credited.

HavTaxs may reject a submission where the provided proof is incomplete, inaccurate, unrelated to the task, duplicated, fraudulent, or does not satisfy the stated requirements.

7Task Availability

Tasks may have limited slots. HavTaxs may modify, pause, disable, replace, or remove tasks at any time.

The availability of a task or the display of a reward amount does not constitute a guarantee that the task will remain available for any particular period.

8Rewards

Rewards are subject to the applicable task requirements and review process. A displayed reward should not be interpreted as an unconditional promise of payment where the task requirements have not been satisfied.

HavTaxs may correct an incorrectly credited reward where there is a verified technical, accounting, fraudulent, or other legitimate error.

9Wallet Balance

Your wallet balance represents the amount recorded by HavTaxs for your account. You must not attempt to manipulate, falsify, or interfere with wallet records.

Where an account contains a balance resulting from an error, fraud, duplicate credit, unauthorized activity, or technical malfunction, HavTaxs may investigate and take appropriate corrective action.

10Deposits and Funding

Where wallet funding is available, users must follow the funding instructions displayed by HavTaxs.

Payment proof must be genuine and must correspond to the transaction submitted for verification.

Submitting altered, fabricated, reused, or misleading payment proof is prohibited and may result in rejection of the funding request and account action.

11Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the requirements, limits, verification procedures, and processing conditions applicable to HavTaxs at the time of the request.

Users are responsible for providing correct withdrawal information, including applicable bank or payment details.

HavTaxs may delay, reject, or review a withdrawal where information is incomplete, inconsistent, suspicious, fraudulent, or requires additional verification.

12Referral Program

If HavTaxs provides a referral program, referral rewards are subject to the applicable referral requirements.

Users must not create fake accounts, use their own referral links improperly, manipulate referral activity, or otherwise attempt to generate referral rewards through fraudulent activity.

13Fraud and Abuse

Fraud, deception, manipulation, unauthorized access, abuse of platform features, and attempts to obtain rewards through dishonest methods are prohibited.

• Fake task submissions
• Fake payment receipts or payment proof
• Multiple accounts used for reward manipulation
• Automated or scripted activity designed to abuse the platform
• Referral manipulation
• Attempted wallet manipulation
• Exploitation of bugs for financial gain
• Unauthorized access to another user's account
• Any activity intended to damage or disrupt HavTaxs

14Account Suspension and Termination

HavTaxs may suspend, restrict, or terminate an account where there is evidence of fraud, abuse, security concerns, serious policy violations, unlawful activity, or other conduct that violates these Terms.

Where appropriate, HavTaxs may review an account before taking final action. Account restrictions may affect access to tasks, rewards, withdrawals, referrals, or other platform features.

15Prohibited Activities

You may not use HavTaxs to:

• Break applicable laws or regulations.
• Harass, threaten, impersonate, or defraud another person.
• Distribute malicious software or harmful code.
• Attempt unauthorized access to HavTaxs systems or accounts.
• Interfere with the security or operation of the platform.
• Collect another user's private information without authorization.
• Reverse engineer or abuse platform systems for unauthorized purposes.
• Use automated traffic to artificially manipulate platform activity.

16Content and Proof Submitted by Users

You are responsible for content, screenshots, links, usernames, text, images, and other information you submit to HavTaxs.

You must have the necessary rights or authorization to submit any content that you upload. Do not submit content that is unlawful, fraudulent, malicious, abusive, or designed to deceive the platform or another user.

17Third-Party Services and Links

HavTaxs may contain links to or rely on third-party websites, payment services, social platforms, hosting services, or other external services.

Third-party services may have their own terms, privacy policies, fees, availability, and requirements. HavTaxs is not responsible for changes, outages, policies, or actions of independent third-party services.

18Privacy

Information collected through HavTaxs may be processed in accordance with the HavTaxs Privacy Policy and applicable law.

By using HavTaxs, you acknowledge that certain information may be necessary to provide account, security, payment, task, referral, and support functionality.

19Platform Security

You must not attempt to bypass security controls, access restricted areas, interfere with authentication systems, or exploit vulnerabilities in the platform.

If you discover a security issue, you should report it responsibly to HavTaxs support rather than attempting to exploit it.

20Platform Availability

HavTaxs may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, technical problems, network interruptions, hosting issues, or events outside our reasonable control.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of every platform feature at all times.

21Changes to the Platform

HavTaxs may add, modify, suspend, or remove features, services, tasks, reward structures, limits, or other platform functionality when necessary.

Such changes may be made to improve the platform, address security issues, comply with applicable requirements, or maintain platform operations.

22Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, HavTaxs is not responsible for losses or damages arising from circumstances outside its reasonable control, including internet outages, device failures, third-party service interruptions, user errors, or unauthorized access caused by failure to protect account credentials.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

23No Guarantee of Earnings

HavTaxs does not guarantee that users will earn a particular amount of money or receive a specific number of tasks, rewards, referrals, deposits, or withdrawals.

Earnings may depend on task availability, eligibility, successful completion, review outcomes, platform activity, and other applicable conditions.

24Taxes and Legal Obligations

Users are responsible for understanding and complying with any tax, reporting, financial, or other legal obligations that may apply to them in their country or jurisdiction.

25Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, HavTaxs branding, logos, interface elements, original text, graphics, software, and platform materials belong to HavTaxs or their respective rights holders.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit protected HavTaxs materials without appropriate authorization.

26Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and device. HavTaxs will not ask you to disclose your password through unofficial channels.

If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password and contact HavTaxs support as soon as reasonably possible.

27Communications

HavTaxs may send service-related communications concerning your account, transactions, tasks, security, platform updates, or other necessary operational matters.

28Feedback

If you voluntarily provide suggestions, feedback, or ideas regarding HavTaxs, you understand that such feedback may be used to improve the platform without creating an obligation to compensate you, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

29Indemnification
